DJI Charging Hub Compatibility — Which Hub Fits Which Battery?
A charging hub should be matched to the battery family and exact model. Similar size or connector shape is not enough evidence of compatibility.

I own a drone
Start with the exact aircraft and battery name, then identify the hub documented for that family. Do not infer compatibility from another Mini, Air or Mavic generation.
Use the printed hub model and official compatibility documentation to identify supported batteries. A battery fitting physically does not prove correct charging behaviour.
Troubleshooting
Only one battery charging may be normal sequential behaviour.
Check charger wattage and USB-C PD support.
Test another cable and battery.
Compare hub charging with charging in the aircraft.
