When to replace a propeller
Replace cracked, chipped, bent or deeply marked blades.
Replace damaged fixing points or screws.
Inspect every blade after an impact, not only the visibly struck one.
If structure is uncertain, replace rather than test it in flight.
Installation sequence
Power the aircraft off and work on one motor at a time.
Match the marked blade pair to the correct motor position.
Use the screws supplied or specified for the propeller set.
Check free movement, then perform a short controlled hover in a clear area.
Do Mini 3 Pro propellers fit Mini 4 Pro?
Confirmed: DJI identifies a genuine replacement propeller set for both Mini 3 Pro and Mini 4 Pro. This does not make every third-party set automatically shared.
Recheck blade pairing, seating and screws, then inspect each motor shaft and arm. Persistent vibration can indicate crash damage beyond the propellers.
