If it will not connect
- Confirm the printed controller name and choose the exact aircraft in DJI Fly.
- Charge both devices and complete prompted compatible firmware updates.
- For RC-N1, check the phone, data cable, app permissions and DJI Fly connection.
- Use DJI’s linking process with the propellers clear and aircraft safely on the ground.
- If linking still fails, record the exact error before replacing hardware.
Before buying used
Ask the seller to demonstrate operation and resolve any account-binding issue before payment. A supported controller model can still be damaged, bound or on an unsuitable firmware path.
