Before moving a battery

  • Read the battery label and verify it is the Mavic 3 Intelligent Flight Battery.
  • Inspect the case, contacts and latches. Do not use or charge a swollen, punctured, leaking or impact-damaged pack.
  • Allow a hot battery to cool within the limits in its instructions.
  • Seat the battery without force and follow DJI Fly prompts for any required update.

Charging fault or battery fault?

All packs fail

Check the outlet, charger, cable and hub first.

One pack fails

If undamaged, compare it with a known-good pack in the same charging path.

Warning after impact

Stop use and arrange assessment rather than testing it in flight.

What the shared battery does not prove

Shared batteries, propellers, charging equipment and controllers do not establish compatibility for physical-fit accessories or internal repair parts. Filters, lenses, covers, guards, cases, gimbal/camera assemblies, arms, motors and shells require explicit evidence for the exact model.
