Start from the symptom
- Battery will not charge: isolate the adapter, cable, hub and battery before buying a replacement.
- No connection: confirm the controller model, then follow DJI Fly’s update and linking prompts.
- Vibration, a tilted camera or a damaged arm after impact: stop flight testing and use the crash pathway.
