Safe first inspection

  • Power down and isolate an impact-damaged battery without charging it.
  • Inspect all propellers, motor mounts, arms, hinges, shell joints and the battery latch.
  • Inspect the complete camera/gimbal assembly and sensor windows without forcing movement.
  • Record warnings and visible damage before calibration attempts or disassembly.
  • Do not launch only to test whether the aircraft remains controllable.

Follow the symptom

Gimbal or camera error

A calibration step cannot repair mechanical damage, a displaced mount or torn cable.

Vibration or motor noise

Stop and inspect the propellers, shafts, mounts and arms before any further operation.

Shell or accessory no longer fits

Do not force an older cover, filter, lens, guard or case onto the Pro body.

Repair boundary

Keep the camera/gimbal assembly, arms, motors, shell and internal components at Unconfirmed for cross-model reuse. Obtain an exact part identification and confirm calibration and safety-testing requirements before repair.
